We are a national Facilities Management company who have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our expanding Melbourne team.

About the role:
You will be based out of our office in Tullamarine reporting to our Senior Facilities Manager. This role will include the following responsibilities:
- Responsibility and assisting the Senior Facilities Manager with the paperwork associated with client contracts
- Help and assist with ensuring all our office administration processes are streamlined and efficient while adhering to company guidelines
- Preparation of documents and reports
- Working closely with Facilities Coordinators and Managers to assist with the delivery of high-quality work
- Provide general administrative assistance for contracts, projects, and current maintenance works

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
