**About the role**

My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their highly driven and supportive team environment. The ideal individual will be processed-focused, and have exceptional planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills. You will be proactive, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion, and be used to a demanding environment.

**Responsibilities**

In this Administration all-rounder role, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, and provide quality administrative support to the team. You will respond to all queries and be involved with documentation and assisting with warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Manage delivery bookings
- Communicate with freight forwarders and vendors
- Effectively respond to any transport queries
- Manage and update any documents as required
- Stock and inventory management
- Order distribution across sites
- Generating a number of reports in SAP
- Ordering, receipting & managing stock
- Provide administrative support, relating to data entry, record management, and any other tasks on an ad hoc basis
- Support the warehouse team in managing inbound and outbound goods

**Skills / Experience**
- Computer literate to intermediate/advanced level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Competent in SAP
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Good written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
- Experience working in a similar Warehouse Administration role is highly desirable
