**About the role**

Our client is seeking a resilient, focused, and passionate Administrator to join their close knit and collaborative team. Reporting to the Director, the ideal individual will have exceptional planning and organisation skills, attention to detail, and be ready to make this role their own. Our client’s aim is to hire an individual who appreciates their mission in providing superior service, is integral, professional and is eager to work in this diverse and exciting role

**Responsibilities**

As a key team member, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, assist with general inquiries, and provide quality administrative assistance to the team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Preparing and formatting quotes
- Administration of active jobs
- Maintain and update OH&S packs
- Maintain important database information
- ensure all client details are up to date and correct
- Interact with various internal and external stakeholders daily
- Create, edit, maintain, and send important documentation to relevant stakeholders
- General office support (Filing, stationary orders and organising couriers)
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**Skills / Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
