Change Communications Manager

**Your new company**

My client is a state government organisation that leads the delivery of education and development services to children, young people and adults both directly through government schools and indirectly through the regulation and funding of early childhood services, non-government schools and training programs.

**Your new role**

My client is is currently implementing a major system uplift to transition to Oracle ERP Cloud. Reporting to the Project Manager and in partnership with the System Integrator, this role is primarily focused on ensuring the successful execution of the communication, change and training strategy for the deployment of Oracle Cloud Source to Contract (S2C), Purchase to Pay (P2P) and ERP Financial modules.

1. Change, Training and Communications Strategy Execution
- Oversee the execution of communication, change, and training activities for Oracle Cloud modules (Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay, and ERP Financial).

2. Material Development and Training Support
- Design and develop communication materials and training sessions for a large end-user base.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions and analyse training outcomes and participant feedback.

3. Content Management
- Regularly update the Oracle Cloud Project website with current information.

4. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and review briefing papers for the Project Control Board to secure approvals.

5. Team Leadership and Coordination
- Directly supervise the Communications, Change, and Training Analyst, including overseeing secretariat functions for the Project Control Board.
- Support the Project Management Office in stakeholder engagement, planning workshops, and coordinating project deliverables.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience working within government or education sector.

Proven experience designing and developing communication materials and training sessions for a large end-user base.

Previous experience overseeing the execution of communication, change, and training activities for Oracle Cloud modules working Oracle Cloud modules
