Working for this leading University as the Cyber Security Change and Awareness Analyst you will support the Chief Information Security Office to identify, measure, and report on key Information Security controls and areas of behavioural & cultural change.

This role has a primary focus to aid the Cybersecurity Change and Awareness Lead in the required activities to deliver the Cyber Culture Awareness, Education and Training program. It involves written communications, event planning and support, data analysis, reporting and support of Cybersecurity campaigns.

**Key activities**
- Support the implementation of communications and engagement
- Contribute to plans for engagement, events and communication across multiple channels
- Develop and maintain communication artefacts and resources such as presentation packs, FAQs, guides
- Identify directly and indirect impacted stakeholders, and support the implementation of suitable interventions to create awareness and adoption of the program
- Support the implementation of surveys, assess results, and support the reporting of measured change adoption and success
- Coordinate training design, development and delivery including QA and review as required

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Communication or Change Management
- Exceptional collaboration skills and with demonstrated ability to work across teams
- Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Yammer, Outlook) proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work autonomously on set tasks.
