This leading University are seeking a Change and Communications Manager to support the replacement of an existing key business system with a new system. The change is extensive involving multiple dimensions including changes to systems (technology and processes) and though there is a compelling need for change perceived by stakeholders, implementation of the solution will require changes to behaviours and mindsets to a different way of working.

You will work in a dynamic environment and will consult and work collaboratively in project teams and across related projects to support team and project outcomes. You will need the flexibility to work at both at a strategic and planning level, and at service delivery level to support the achievement of project outcomes.

**Key activities**
- Stakeholder management and engagement to obtain agreement from diverse stakeholders on new ways of working
- Establish and execute change plans that drive business process transformation
- Deliver targeted communications
- Overseeing capability uplift and assessing and ensuring change readiness collaborates with
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation and act as key influencer of the project implementation strategy and supporting change
- Contribute to complex, significant, and high-level creative planning, program and managerial functions
- Change analysis including impact and stakeholder analysis
- Communication strategy and activities planning/execution
- Business readiness assessment and activities

**Skills and experience**:

- Proven experience in the complete change lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to obtain acceptance and willingness to change business processes
- Ability to connect the dots and become a conduit to managing change activities across related projects to better support both stakeholders and the project team
- Understand IT and business concepts and able to translate them into everyday language to understand impacts and devise change solution to mitigate risk
- Support the development of relevant plans and successfully execute change activities to drive positive acceptance and adoption of change to take up new technologies, processes or concepts
- Excellent written communication skills and able to produce high quality project communications collateral and documentation
- Effective communicator, with high levels of active listening, engagement and influencing skills
