This leading University are seeking a Change and Communications Manager for their Teaching and Learning Portfolio to work across functions to support the team and project outcomes.

You will work at a strategic level and complete the change and communications strategy whilst also completing lower-level analysis on what will be required to execute.

**Key activities**:

- Engage with stakeholders in the change management context, delivering change management support, particularly communications
- Develop and implement the Change Management Strategy and relevant plans to drive positive acceptance and adoption of change, and rapid take up of new technologies, processes or operating models
- Monitor, maximise and document the realisation of benefits of the project
- Identify and address change management issues and risks
- Support transition to production and support model processes
- Change Impact analysis management and execution
- Develop communication strategy and activities planning and execution (e.g. communication packs)
- Business readiness assessment and activities
- Produce high-quality support documentation e.g. stakeholder engagement plans, communications plans and change approaches
- Development of high quality collateral to support engagement strategies, including web content

**Skills and experience**:

- Extensive experience managing change and communications in IT projects
- Previous experience in assessing Change Readiness and evaluating the implementation of Change initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships both internal and external to the organisation, including the ability to build consensus and influence in negotiations across a broad audience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with a demonstrated ability to convey information to and build rapport with stakeholders
- Experience in various communications channels including digital, workshop facilitation and creative collateral.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, judgement and negotiation skills
