
Project Administrator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Administrator to work for our group. You are responsible for effectively managing and coordinating our custom cabinet and wardrobe projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage project documents, including contracts, project specifications, design drawings, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
- Act as the point of contact with all stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the entire project process, and coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Assist the Project Managers and other team members in developing project plans and schedules, and prepare supporting documents.
- Monitor and manage project progress to keep up with project schedule and identify and resolve potential issues.
- Review contracts and variations and main up-to-date documents on file.
- Assist in supervising the project's delivery, ensuring that products meet specifications and quality standards, and promptly addressing quality issues and change requests.
- Supervise the work of contractors and report on work changes, ensuring that the actual work aligns with the plan and contract.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including those with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collect and analyze project data and report to the management in a timely manner.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
- At least 3 year’s working experience in a relevant role.
Key Knowledge Areas
- Understanding project management principles and methodologies
- Understanding of contract documentation
- Knowledge of document control and record-keeping practices
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and associated documents
Essential Capabilities
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and proactively
- Highly organised collaborative team player.
- Must be punctual, organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Onsite competency for subcontractor coordination, site safety and compliance
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
