Office Manager

The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the administrative operations of the company, with a strong emphasis on supporting the Accounts Manager and the project teams to ensure the successful delivery of quality projects on time.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organising and controlling office functions. This includes managing administrative systems, office personnel, and resources.
- Establish and maintain standards for office operations and services.
- Assign work, monitor performance.
- Managing office records.
- Develop and implement organizational policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Coordinate various operational activities within the office.
- Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
