**The Role**:
Talent Web is representing a global leader in the Facilities and Property space who are looking for an Account Manager to look after a high-profile account based in Parramatta.

The account consists of Commercial towers, all of which are Premium or A Grade assets.

**Your role will include**:

- Lead the Hard & Soft integrated services account for the portfolio’s Commercial assets
- Managing the client and various stakeholder relationship
- Ensure the facilities function is maintained and operating efficiently
- Operating an efficient PnL.
- Lead the accounts overall strategy and efficiency

**You will have**:

- While it is not specifically needed, a background in Commercial Premium/A Grade assets is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
