Our client, a leading multinational FM Service Provider, is seeking a strong, stakeholder-orientated Contract / Account Manager to support Facilities Management services on one key account across 400+ sites in NSW.

Based in Parramatta with WFH work / life balance, you will preferably have 5+ years Contract Management, Key Account or Regional Management experience overseeing a team of staff within the FM / Maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent client partnership through service delivery and meaningful engagement
- Lead the contract for the provision of planned and corrective / reactive maintenance services
- Manage, lead and support a team of dedicated facilities management and support services professionals in the delivery of services
- Performing a key leadership role ensuring ongoing supply of high-quality Facilities Management / Maintenance services, providing operational and strategic client interface and direction, whilst driving service delivery strategies.

Skills and Attributes:

- 5+ years Facilities, Maintenance, Contract or Key Account Management experience managing the delivery of multi-site contracts.
- Proactive approach to relationship management.
- Strong experience managing a team of facilities management, support and front-line staff providing clear goals, direction and timescales to ensure their effective achievement of objectives.
- An excellent communicator, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and strategic plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- A strong, caring manager who can engage at all levels, encouraging people development initiatives, diversity programmes and commitment to safe working practice.
- Previous experience working in the aged care, NFP or similar support industry would be highly regarded.
