WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an Account Manager, you will manage a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring all engagements deliver business value. Responsibilities include leading regular business and technical reviews, implementing structured technology roadmaps, and ensuring client satisfaction through responsive account management. You will also manage renewals, support quoting processes, and identify opportunities for further growth. Regular travel to client sites is required.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • 3+ years' experience as an Account Manager in IT sales or technical account management
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services within an MSP or similar environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to deliver client-focused outcomes
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Valid driver's licence and car

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…..

  • Experience in a technical support or IT service delivery role
  • Ability to create and deliver client training or technology updates
  • Previous experience working in Managed Service Provider environments
  • Exposure to strategic planning, renewals, and business reviews
