We are seeking a talented AP Manager to help streamline our accounts payable processes and contribute to our continued success.

You will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising our accounts payable operations in the Sydney and offshore AP teams.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Leading and managing a team of AP specialists in Sydney and in the offshore team
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing, verification, and approval of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Perform regular reviews and reconciliations of accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any issues or disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and systems improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing an AP team
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
