The Manager People and Culture is a strategic leadership role central to shaping and enhancing the organisational culture at Dungog Shire Council. Reporting to the General Manager, this role oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Key responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will also drive the development of the Council’s Workforce Strategy and play a leading role in managing cultural change.

We are looking for a collaborative leader with experience in human resources management, particularly in local government or similar settings. Your ability to build strong relationships, deliver practical HR solutions, and support organisational goals will be vital.
