The Role:

Leading a team to provide ongoing professional care and holistic support for residents

Maintain day-to-day operational performance of the facility including accreditation, staffing, and safety

Manage staff performance and build a positive culture within the team

Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed, taking a continuous improvement approach whilst adhering to all accreditation standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with ideally 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Excellent clinical background along with a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Standards.
  • Commercial acumen and solid knowledge of the key business drivers of aged care.
