**Project Administrator**

- Full-time permanent position - based in Woolloomooloo with hybrid working arrangements

**About the Role**

The Project Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating site access and permits, liaising with different stakeholders. This role is also responsible for managing Service Requests, creating and planning remedial work orders on Asset Information Management System, as well as assisting in asset and maintenance reporting.

**What you’ll be doing**

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Manage and coordinate contractors and staff site access and work permits
- Check and verify contractors and staff qualifications
- Respond to client Service Requests using Asset Information Management System (Maximo AIMS)
- Manage post-work document control and upload into AIMS and SharePoint
- Conduct routine quality checks on work orders and post-work documents
- Resolve and debug issues within Maximo Anywhere system
- Assist field staff with the use of Maximo AIMS
- Assist with Incident Response data management and reporting
- Assist with asset and maintenance reporting, work order planning and scheduling, and with updating maintenance rosters
- Ability to be flexible with hours to support tunnel closures when required (2 nights every 3 months from 6pm-12 or 1am)

**About you**
- Administration or coordination experience across projects in similar industries such as transportation, construction, or industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Maximo or other similar Asset Management systems is an advantage
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- With a customer-centric mindset
