Your Role

Step into a pivotal Building Services Engineer role where you'll lead fire & HVAC services audits and spearhead rectification projects, ensuring cutting-edge compliance that keeps Australia's buildings safe and efficient. You'll be at the heart of our strategy, delivering high-impact results for major clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management: From site audits and System Interface Tests to client liaison and compliance delivery.
  • Drive engineering excellence: Provide technical support, develop key documents, and champion continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.
  • Safeguard assets and teams: Maximise resource utilisation while upholding top-tier safety standards and company policies.
  • Foster innovation: Review workflows to enhance service delivery in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What we're Looking For

  • Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in Building Services with at least 2 years in fire/HVAC services systems
  • Good knowledge and experience in Building Compliance and Standards.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards (AS 1851, AS 2118, AS 1670, AS 1668) for fire safety systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and a results-focused mindset
  • Valid Driver's Licence

Desirable

  • Accreditation as a Practitioner in Fire Safety (APFS).
  • Experience in project management of contract administration
