**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive **Project Administrator** to support our project delivery and procurement operations. This role will provide administrative and coordination support across multiple ongoing mining and infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate documentation, communication, and schedule control.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project activities between engineering, procurement, logistics, and site-based teams.
- Maintain and distribute project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support procurement processes, including purchase orders, quotations, and supplier communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and assist in preparing status reports.
- Manage document control systems and ensure compliance with internal QA/QC and client reporting procedures.
- Organise project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Assist in preparing tenders, cost tracking, and progress claims.
**Skills and Experience**
- Diploma or higher qualification in **Project Management**, **Business Administration**, **Engineering**, or a related discipline.
- At least **1 year of experience** in a project coordination or administrative role within mining, construction, or engineering.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word) and document control systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
- Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded due to regular communication with Chinese manufacturing partners.
Remuneration
- $77,000 per year
Pay: $77,000.00 per year
