We’re Hiring: Construction Administrator

Are you an experienced Construction Administrator looking for a dynamic and fast-paced role? We’re searching for someone who thrives in a busy, high-pressure environment, can quickly adapt to new tasks, and is eager to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role:
This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks while ensuring smooth communication between clients, trades, suppliers (including overseas manufacturers), and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assisting in managing multiple active projects at various stages
- Sourcing and organizing quotations from trade contractors
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers (including overseas)
- Supporting the client selection and communication process
- Managing project timelines and ensuring smooth administrative flow
- Handling general office and construction administration tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Construction admin experience preferred (or strong admin skills in a fast-paced industry)
- Ability to pick up new processes quickly and work under pressure
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience working with trade contractors, suppliers, and compliance documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BuilderTrend, and general admin systems

Pay: $48,384.72 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
