Administration Specialist -
– Experienced & Proactive

Beautopia seeks a highly organised and experienced Administration Senior to join our team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations while supporting managers and staff across a variety of functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and office systems.
  • Assist with projects, document preparation, and staff enquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement administrative efficiencies.

About You

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in an administration, operations, or office management role.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and general office systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • A proactive and solution-focused attitude, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
