**The Organisation**:
Our client are a multifaceted company that operates across a range of construction projects from residential living to thriving retail, commercial properties and precincts, critical early education and childcare.

Within their homes division alone they turn over $200M of projects each year. Operating across medium-density, with projects ranging from knockdown rebuild to Large multi-unit developments. They also offer more traditional “retail” House and land packages.

As the company construct their own developments this role will require very little client contact.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Reporting to the Major Works Project Manager and managing Director, the role of the Project Coordinator is to oversee major works project workflow life cycle to ensure a high level of timeline management is achieved, communication across all applicable parties is adopted, documentation management, quality control and accuracy is implemented and maintained.
- The Project Coordinator will be required to communicate effectively and professionally with fellow team leaders, consultants, partners, and clientele to ensure a successful outcome for each project is achieved.
- The Project Coordinator will act as the main support person for the Major Works Project Manager and Building Manager and will be the first point of contact for any assistance when required.
- The Project Coordinator must be able to demonstrate initiative, problem solving, self-motivation as well as significant time management, organizational and leadership skills.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Experience working in administrator or building coordinator roles within residential construction.
- High level of organisation and ability to effectively multitask.
- High level of knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in general.
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work within a team environment.
