About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our events team. In this role, you will be responsible to plan, develop and coordinate bespoke events  that reflects their vision of our clients, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored wedding and corporate events
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics with precision and professionalism.
  • Oversee the end to end delivery of booked events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and to the client's expectations.
  • Work closely with venue teams to ensure cohesive and successful execution.
  • Provide detailed event orders to relevant teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Communicate relevant information to the operations team

Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in an event coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative flair for designing memorable experiences.
  • The ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
