We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Client & Project Manager** to join our fast-paced marketing agency based in **South Yarra**. In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between our clients and internal teams — keeping projects on track, communications clear, and results exceptional.

**About the Role**

As our Client & Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of client satisfaction and project delivery. Your mission is simple: make sure we **overdeliver for every client**, every time. You’ll manage tasks, priorities, and timelines across multiple campaigns — all while building strong, trust-based relationships with our clients.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Serve as the **main point of contact** for clients, managing ongoing communication, expectations, and updates.
- Lead internal task management, ensuring the team knows what needs to be done and when.
- Stay on top of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets — flagging issues early and solving problems fast.
- Proactively **follow up with clients and team members** to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to go above and beyond.
- Ensure every piece of work meets our quality standards before it goes out.
- Organise regular client check-ins, reviews, and reporting sessions.

**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years experience in project management, account management, or operations — ideally in marketing or creative industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident speaking with clients daily.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- A natural leader who takes ownership and holds the team accountable.
- Solutions-focused mindset — you get things done and keep things moving.
- Strong tech skills — familiarity with task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) is a plus.
- Based in Melbourne and able to work in our **South Yarra office full-time**.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
