This prestigious education authority, has a requirement for a Projects & Events Coordinator opportunity. Reporting to Executive Directors, this role will see you supporting with a variety of activities across this faculty. Working closely with the Community Engagement team to deliver high quality events and in-house training sessions. This is a hands on role. where you can grow and develop your administrative and project experience. This is an exciting, newly created role to work in a relatively new faculty.

**The Role**:

- Book training and development activities across the school
- Communicate with students, faculty and external parties
- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders across the organisation
- Manage budget and run the financial reports
- Proofread and edit documents to be sent out
- Prepare documents and presentations for the Executive teams
- Any other tasks as required across the professional learning
- Promoting events, organising speakers and follow up
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity including event management, administrative projects and communication
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Self motivated and eager to assist others
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
