As we expand our projects and capabilities, we are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our IoT systems.

**The Role**:
As a **Project Coordinator**, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and work closely with clients to understand their needs. Your expertise will help drive the seamless execution of projects and foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with strong **leadership qualities**, the ability to work **autonomously**, and **hands-on experience with Jira** to manage and track project progress effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage IoT system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, sales, and customer support) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, provide status updates, and address concerns.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality project outcomes, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
- Report on project status, performance, and lessons learned to senior management.
- Demonstrate **leadership qualities** by motivating and guiding the team to success.
- Work **autonomously** with mínimal supervision and take ownership of projects.
- Use **Jira** to track tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or IoT-related industries.
- **Leadership qualities**, with experience leading and motivating teams.
- Ability to work **autonomously** and manage projects independently.
- Hands-on experience with **Jira** for project tracking and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus (but not required).

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the construction, mining, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of IoT, asset tracking, or location intelligence systems.

Pay: $69,193.18 - $90,629.24 per year
