**Job Description**:
This is not your average admin role and will see you building, coordinating and providing a wide range of administrative assistance to the Ability Action Australia team. We are searching for someone who can work autonomouslybut also be a valuable member of the team. You will need to be flexible and comfortable with change, as we are constantly thinking outside of the box.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Project management activities including overseeing key priorities, ensuring timeframes are upheld and supporting stakeholders in achievement of deliverables.
- Coordinating and undertaking activities to support the setup of new offices as well as managing the upkeep of the office environment.
- Designing and maintaining a program to ensure all employees are provided with required mechandise and equipment.
- Providing quality administrative support to the senior management team, including preparation of presentations, support with administrative duties, travel bookings or ad hoc requests as they arise
- Perform database administration tasks, data integrity projects and internal reporting
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes
- Organisation of internal and external events when required
**Qualifications**:
- Formal business/administration qualification (Diploma or Degree) is preferrable.
- At least 2-years’ experience working in a professional and commercial environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with varying personality types.
- Excellent planning and administration skills to support execution of strategic planning events, workshops, and meetings.
- Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
