Role Summary

You will join a highly skilled and diverse group of people from professional, events and construction backgrounds. The Project Circuit Coordinator plays a critical role in the project, working with the Project Circuit Engineer, key project managers as well as with the Senior Project Circuit Engineer and Project Director to support the planning, procurement, construction, and deconstruction of circuit infrastructure and associated works.

The project is fast-paced, dynamic and will require you to think on your feet, using an outcome focused approach to delivering your work. The candidate should display a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and pride in their work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to client and stakeholder meetings to develop infrastructure requirements pre-event build.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for changes to circuit scope.
  • Prepare, review, and finalise scopes, schedules, and specifications for circuit infrastructure works packages.
  • Assist in tender evaluation and recommendation of circuit-related works.
  • Administer contracts and manage supplier scopes using the Facility Management System (FMS).
  • Develop and maintain build and dismantle schedules in coordination with other project managers and contractors.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies with the construction team.
  • Assist the Project Circuit Engineer with delivery of the Circuit Quality Assurance Process.
  • Resolve issues promptly and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Monitor and manage circuit infrastructure budgets in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Maintain high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Evaluate circuit delivery performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Assist capital works and purchases related to circuit infrastructure.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Employer.

What You Bring

  • Have excellent communications skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.
  • Ideally have knowledge of CAD.
  • Ability to multitask, while running day to day responsibilities be prepare for ad hoc tasks.
  • Enjoy being part of a team environment and be willing to collaborate and perform tasks with others.
