We're looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, reporting, and client communication running smoothly. You'll make sure project information is accurate, up to date, and shared at the right time — supporting both our clients and internal teams.

This role offers flexible hours (school drop-off/pick-up friendly) and can be part-time or full-time.

What you'll do
  • Keep project data (budgets, timesheets, schedules) accurate and up to date
  • Support project managers with maintaining scheduling and status reports
  • Prepare invoices and track billing against milestones
  • Manage the support inbox: triage, template responses, and escalate when needed
  • Handle client communication and support project close-outs
What we're looking for
  • Super organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with budgets, timesheets, and schedules
  • Good with numbers and invoicing
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy (we use Harvest, Notion, Hubspot, Xero)
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or admin is a plus
