A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Continuous Improvement Specialist, reporting to the Partner Quality and Innovation Manager, where you will join the Field Services Division.

A bit about your role

This role will be responsible for driving and delivering key business strategies and planning activities as well as proactively collaborate and identify areas of opportunity for improvement in process.

You will share insight and knowledge across our Field Partnerships Team and wider Field Operations teams to enable best practice and undertake post-implementation reviews to ensure changes have been implemented and are effective in delivering nbn’s business objectives.

As well as identifying performance opportunities, you will also ensure risks and issues are mitigated through effective relationships with our key stakeholders and provide support governance and distribution of insights from the quality assurance program to identify pain points and improvement opportunities within our Delivery Partner network.

You will drive broader business outcomes and initiatives by using data driven insights to advocate and implement change and improvement across process and capability, as well as identify and monitor our key leading and lagging indicators to introduce critical control points to enable early identification and management of customer challenges.

A bit about you

Ideally you will have broad experience in a construction or telecommunications environment and experience working on business analysis, or financial reporting.

Beyond this, you have proven experience working with multiple stakeholders at a senior level with the ability to drive effective outcomes.
