We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our transformation journey
Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement, this is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape and drive the continuous improvement and automation strategy across Retirement Solutions. You'll lead a team of experts, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and grow a team of continuous improvement and automation specialists, fostering a centre of excellence across the business
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for intelligent process automation, embedding best practice tools and methodologies
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver process enhancements that drive measurable outcomes
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor performance, benefits realisation, and risk mitigation
  • Champion change management and communication strategies to support successful implementation
  • Apply a risk lens to improvement initiatives, ensuring robust controls and audit readiness

What we're looking for:

  • Experience leading end-to-end continuous improvement and change initiatives, ideally in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Proven people leadership with a focus on coaching, mentoring and team development
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, managing multiple priorities
  • Qualifications in Six Sigma, Prince2, or similar are highly regarded
