We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our transformation journey
Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement, this is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape and drive the continuous improvement and automation strategy across Retirement Solutions. You'll lead a team of experts, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and grow a team of continuous improvement and automation specialists, fostering a centre of excellence across the business
- Develop and execute a roadmap for intelligent process automation, embedding best practice tools and methodologies
- Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver process enhancements that drive measurable outcomes
- Establish and track KPIs to monitor performance, benefits realisation, and risk mitigation
- Champion change management and communication strategies to support successful implementation
- Apply a risk lens to improvement initiatives, ensuring robust controls and audit readiness
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading end-to-end continuous improvement and change initiatives, ideally in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation
- Proven people leadership with a focus on coaching, mentoring and team development
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, managing multiple priorities
- Qualifications in Six Sigma, Prince2, or similar are highly regarded
