About the role CMV Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within CMV dealerships. • Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities. • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. • Support and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. • Coach team members and leaders on Lean principles and practices. • Drive and roll out daily improvement meetings and structured problem-solving routines. • Lead implementation of 5S methodologies, with a focus on safety, quality, and workplace efficiency. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to devise, test, and embed new ways of working across the organisation. Skills & Experience • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or LEAN project management. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to support strategic decision-making. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, methodical mindset. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels. • Experience in stakeholder management, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. • Financial and budget management experience preferred. • Solid project management background, with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
