**The Role**:
As an Account Manager at No Standing, you will be required to oversee projects on a day to day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential. You’ll play an integral role as the liaison between clients and our internal and external teams, in order to support our client’s digital marketing objectives.

Your main focus will be the success of your client’s digital marketing strategy. You must have excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills in order to achieve this.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- 2 years Account Management experience within an Agency
- Managing multiple accounts, while developing positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.
- Assisting client communication for website development projects.
- Gathering and organising clients information and assets.
- Ensuring successful project delivery
- Assisting internal execution team to deliver projects successfully by assisting client communication and project management.
- Driving client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
- Training and mentoring new Account Executives
- Effectively organising and disseminating information to all team members as appropriate. This will include schedules, cost estimates, market/competitive information, etc.
- Ensuring internal team and clients are up-to-date as appropriate on work in progress items, competitive activity, production schedules and costs/issues, etc.
- Organising and managing all aspects of projects, including timelines, budgets, briefing processes, accuracy of final materials.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely way.
- Ensuring that all files and documentation are properly maintained, and provides easy access to information for clients and/or other members of the team as needed.
- Partnering with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceeding those goals throughout the campaign.
- Gaining the trust and respect of your client and their counterparts.
- Understanding the client’s business inside and out.
- Contributing to content development by evaluating content and judging whether it accomplishes the stated goals.
- Be able to identify good advertising from bad.
- Supporting the content team throughout the development process (e.g. sourcing of information/materials/etc.).
- Organising and managing meetings and presentations between your client, prospects and internal teams.
- Obtaining/Keeping track of all approvals, including internal, client and legal approvals.

- A strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent project management and organisation skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Understanding of traditional online and offline media channels including, OOH, Print, Search, Display, Social
- A strong desire for continuous development and learning

**Skills that are valued but not essential**:

- Experience in managing clients in website projects is not essential.
- Experience using Slack and Monday project management platforms.
- Interest and understanding in E-commerce marketing.
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications
- Hands-on experience implementing digital marketing strategies across SEO and paid channels
- Conversion Optimisation and A/B testing knowledge
