Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. They will coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements. The Account Manager will also identify new business opportunities, create reports, and provide feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and Project Management tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
