About the job
We are looking for an experienced and hungry Account Manger to join our multi-award winning team

**Responsibilities**:
As a Traffik Account Manager you are pivotal to the success of delivering shopper marketing projects.
On a day-to-day basis you are responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of all projects under your management.
You will work with the Account Director and the Group Account Director to deliver your projects.
Clients see you as their daily go-to person and they trust you to deliver based on a proven success rate and mutual respect.

Desired Skills and Experience
The Account Manager is a lead role within the Account Management team and wider Traffik team. You liaise with our clients and reflect our quality and level of service. You are a role model to your fellow colleagues and your culture attendance and contribution makes you stand out.

**On that basis the right person will possess**:

- Excellent project management / multi-tasking skills across agency projects
- A solid foundation of people management skills
- Brilliant client relationship skills, through clear, consistent, and concise communication
- Experience running budgets including review and client approvals
- Experience writing task orientated and conceptual design briefs
- Exposure to /experience across shopper campaigns
- Ability to manage communications between departments
- Ability to maintain strong relationships within the agency, including your account team, planners, creatives, and Traffik and production teams
- A solid understanding of all agency Accountment Management requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
