They have a mission of interconnectivity by delivering various tailored solutions aimed at focusing on changing how businesses buy, deploy, use and leverage technology. They have over 3,000 partners and span across 50+ countries helping over 1 million customers.

The client is looking for an
**Account**
**Manager**. The role will be a hybrid of a business development and account management role. You will be hunting new businesses as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will build long-term relationships with your portfolio of customers and prospect and will work closely with internal sales team, sales director, partners and end-user to ensure customer satisfaction and problem solution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Hybrid of Account Management/Business Development role
- Responsible for developing, closing and growing business with prospects and customers
- Acquire and grow business with existing and new accounts
- Build and expand your network of relations with your accounts
- Analyse and qualify opportunities and strategies to meet customer needs
- Work together with customers, partners and internal sales team to provide and close customer offers
- Define clear revenue growth objectives with your named accounts
- Build a clear 30/60/90 sales plan for short term success
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within your base
- Become the trusted advisor for key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Be in charge of account planning and pipeline management through Salesforce during the whole sales lifecycle.
- Work closely with our Business Partners to ensure all parties are all successful
- 5+ years experience in Account Management, Business Development and/or senior commercial pre-sales position
- Strong hunter profile with strong relationship and networking skills
- Relevant sales experience within ICT/Network/Cloud/Telecom space
- Knowledge in Network, Cloud and/or Communications solutions
- Experience in key account management with complex, large accounts such as government accounts
- Self-motivated, energetic and positive nature to deliver above quota performance
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Team player willing to work with multiple internal and external partners with a "Can do" attitude
