We are Super Gardens and we are Victoria’s longest standing Commercial Grounds Maintenance, Landscape Construction and Turf Management specialists, servicing a diverse range of clients for over 32 years.

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator** **with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment to join our team. You will be a part of a busy recruitment function with the support of experienced team members on hand. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build their skills in an in-house recruitment role.
You will be a dynamic, resilient and driven Recruiter who is motivated by delivering successful outcomes and enjoys completing challenging vacancies. You will work autonomously, and be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment function in the business for all roles, whilst ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to meet the operational needs across the business in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
This is an integral role with exposure to a diverse set of duties and day to day tasks, which includes:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes including: attracting, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer management;
- Proactively identify and drive creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract key talent;
- Recruit for multiple vacancies and priorities within tight timeframes;
- Regular reporting on recruitment activity and metrics;
- Onboarding and induction processes (which includes pre-employment medicals, police checks and WWCC)
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Managing the internal recruitment software ( Job Adder) and records
- Reporting across volume recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Monitor, review and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies to ensure successful outcomes; and
- Other recruitment related administrative duties
