**The Opportunity**:
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented administrator ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key part in supporting our Goodstart Early Learning Cleaning Team by coordinating essential admin, reporting, and contractor management tasks. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (full time).

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate tasks and support the delivery of the GSEL Cleaning Contract
- Track contractor performance, inspections, work orders, and compliance
- Manage ad-hoc cleaning requests, budget tracking, and invoice accuracy
- Provide high-quality admin support including reporting, data entry, and documentation
- Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues

**You will be required to have**:

- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and liaise with senior management
