Service Planner

We're seeking a motivated Service Planner to join a busy industrial service team in Mulgrave Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience coordinating technicians, parts, and service jobs in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule, allocate, and monitor daily service jobs and technician workloads
• Coordinate parts orders, equipment hire (e.g. EWP/scissor lifts), and job materials
• Manage customer communication – including booking, confirmations, and updates
• Track work progress, productivity, and budgeted hours
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure system accuracy
• Maintain workshop records, delivery coordination, and equipment tracking
• Support reporting and customer KPI tracking for major clients
• Participate in toolbox and HSE meetings, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

• Minimum 2 years' experience in service planning, scheduling, or coordination
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a team or independently
• Safety-focused, reliable, and proactive
