**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain Property & Operations Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will serve as the key liaison between Coles Property Managers, the Supply Chain Facilities Management Operations team, and external landlords across our national Distribution Centre network.
You will be instrumental in supporting the management team. Your proactive administrative support and ability to manage multiple stakeholders will ensure operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals and other roles such as the following:

- Act as the primary contact point for Coles DC Property Managers and landlords.
- Prepare and submit quotations for warranty, recovery, and CAPEX-related expenditures.
- Maintain accurate records of open landlord recoveries and CAPEX work.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimise recovery processes.
- Track and report key financial targets and monthly KPIs.
- Assist in preparing board-level presentations and operational documentation.
- Organise and support daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings.
- Provide diary management and executive support to supply chain leadership.

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Commerce/Business or similar - Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Essential
- Experience in facilities or commercial property management - Highly Preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Essential
- Technical administration and database management - Preferred
- Full Australian working rights
