**Human Resources Officer**

**About the role**

We are seeking a responsive and people-focused HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, taking phone calls and responding to HR-related queries. You'll be responsible for triaging issues, providing clear information, and escalating more complex matters to the appropriate HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage incoming requests and determine the appropriate response or escalation.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding HR policies, leave, benefits and procedures.
- Record and track enquiries using Workday.
- Work closely with HR Services, Workday Support, HR Business Partners and other teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and employment legislation.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to HR processes.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in an HR support role.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Workday.
- Understanding of HR policies or employment legislation is an advantage.
