**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
**Develop and Deliver Training**:
Craft compelling in person and online training materials and build on existing training material to deliver them to our consultants, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.

**Role-Play Exercises**:
Engage in role-play training to simulate real-world scenarios, enhancing our consultants' problem-solving and client-interaction skills.

**Identify and Fill Training Gaps**:
Analyse our current training programs to identify gaps. Design and implement new modules to address these needs, ensuring our team remains on the cutting edge of recruitment practices.

**Create and streamline HR Processes**:
Develop and refine HR processes that support our team's growth and efficiency, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

**Office Administration**:
Provide general office administrative support as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
