- Work full-time hours from 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri, with no weekend work required
- Earn a competitive hourly rate of $33 plus super and be based in a modern office in the Sydney CBD

**THE COMPANY**

**THE ROLE**

We are actively recruiting 10 Inbound Customer Service Specialists who are immediately available to answer high volumes of inbound calls from customers and direct their enquiries to relevant staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure immediate work until the end of the year

**THE DUTIES**
- Manage and respond to customer queries and calls
- Maintain the database, input information and capture conversations
- Redirect calls to relevant staff/teams

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

This role will be perfectly suited to a Customer Service Specialist with exceptional communication, active listening and problem-solving skills. With a professional, helpful and articulate phone manner, you will be competent in answering high volumes of inbound calls and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member or team. Further to this, you will have the ability to commence in the role immediately and fully commit to the entire 4 weeks.
