**THE ROLE**

We are actively recruiting internal Customer Service Specialists who are immediately available to assist with internal queries and direct their enquiries to relevant staff. Be a part of fab team culture and assist with the finance team with no prior knowledge needed.

**THE DUTIES**
- Manage and respond to internal queries and calls
- Maintain the database, input information and capture conversations
- Redirect calls to relevant staff/teams
- Process payments and refunds

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

This role will be perfectly suited to a Customer Service Specialist with exceptional communication, active listening and problem-solving skills. With a professional, helpful and articulate phone manner, you will be competent in answering high volumes of inbound calls and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member or team.
