Inbound Customer Service - Consultative Sales role at Catholic Healthcare. Discover a career where care goes both ways.

Based in Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station, with WFH options.

Responsibilities
  • Phone-based inbound sales; triage new business leads
  • Provide consultative advice to potential clients and their families navigating the aged care journey
  • Manage leads database in CRM to ensure all enquiries are actioned and responded to in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs, provide comprehensive information, and gain agreement to proceed with Catholic Healthcare as their provider
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to convey information, influence stakeholders, and build rapport
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and empathy
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer needs and business requirements
  • Willingness to obtain a police Check
