About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with sensitive health related queries. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure every interaction is met with empathy and professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while using your customer service and administration skills in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries – answer calls and provide support across services, products, and accounts.
- Conduct outbound calls – follow-ups, surveys, appointment reminders, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records – update databases and CRM systems with call details, outcomes, and next steps.
- Deliver exceptional service – build rapport, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure positive customer experiences.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal communication – clear, empathetic, and professional tone.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Emotional intelligence – patience, empathy, and ability to de-escalate when customers are distressed.
- Experience in call centres, medical/health services, or support services highly regarded.
