**Customer Service Specialists** to work across multiple language teams within this Global Business. We are looking for a variety of language speakers
- **Korean OR French speakers.**
**To be considered for this role, you MUST have unrestricted working rights.**
**OPEN TO STUDENT VISA HOLDERS who can work full time hours**
**The role**:
- Taking calls from Korean OR French speaking customers
- Assisting customer booking flights & managing changes to destinations around the globe
- Taking enquiries about loyalty points and queries associated with these flight programmes
- Complaint handling
**About you**
- You MUST confidently read, speak & write fluent French OR Korean
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
