**We have an opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join the team at NSW Ambulance. Someone who is comfortable working in an environment of confidentiality, highly organised and has exceptional communication skills.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Provide confidential executive support, administrative, secretarial and related support services to the Executive Director of Aeromedical Operations and contribute to the efficient overall functioning of their office.

Ability to rapidly adapt to changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adept organisation and time management
Strong attention to detail under pressure
Anticipate the needs of the Executive Director

**Essential criteria to apply**

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an EA role
Experience working as an EA to an Executive Director
