Immediate start for an experienced Collections Officer to work for a large, well respected health organisation based in the Inner East.

**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Collections Officer to start at short notice on a 2-month temporary contract.

Our client is a respected employer of choice in the health sector and prides itself on having a collaborative and supportive work environment.

**The Role**

Working within a friendly team environment your varied role will include:

- Undertake debtor functions relating to patient accounts
- Undertake debtor follow up for unpaid accounts, providing additional information to health funds as required
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team targets as set out by management
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in relation to all aspects of the accounts department

**Your Profile**

To be successful in this role you will have a proven receivables background within a high-volume environment.

You will have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively with both patients and internal team members.

You will need also to be systems savvy and be able to pick up new and complex systems quickly.
