Collections Officer job for an energy company based in Melbourne CBD

**Your new company**

This well-established energy company is looking for a collections officer to join them on a temporary basis. It is a full-time contract to help the finance team with additional workload.

**Your new role**

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Being the final call for collections before escalations.
- Chasing monies and collections owed and liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business.
- Completing the disconnecting and reconnecting process.
- Ensuring that you and the team are following and complying with all legislations and regulations within the energy sector/

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must have collections experience within the energy industry to ensure you hit the ground running upon arrival and be immediately available.

**What you'll get in return**

You will receive a highly competitive rate depending on experience. There will also be hybrid working and flexible working hours with the role being full time. Additionally, the role has the potential for it to be extended.
