As a NOW Finance Collections Officer in late-stage collections, you will be using various skip tracing tools to service overdue accounts. Terms will be negotiated by understanding each individual customer’s circumstances and financial needs, leveraging your strong relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities, e.g. repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc.
- Conduct investigations and skip tracing to locate customers
- Take end-to-end accountability for accounts assigned to you
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets each month
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
